I use my unique blend of photojurnalistic story telling and casual portraiture to create a collection of images that will make you smile, cry, laugh, or simply relive every moment.

My goal is to create a collection of images that will be a treasured memory for your life together and for future generations.

What coverage is included in your service?

Your coverage starts with the Bride & Groom's final preparations, generally about 2 hours or so before the ceremony, and goes through the first dances at your reception.

But there are no fixed time limits. If you have a special request please let me know, we're very flexible.

Are there travel or mileage charges?

Working from London, Toronto and Muskoka enables us to serve a large part of Ontario, including Ontario's smaller communities, cottage country and near north without mileage or travel charges.

If your area isn't listed please check with us anyways. We like to travel.

How many photos do you take?

We take as many as it takes to cover your day completely. There is simply no limit on the number of photos or extra charges for special requests.

Our goal is to tell your Wedding Story moment by moment, start to finish.

Do you bring back up equipment?

Unlike many (very brave) photographers who work alone with just a single camera I work with at least five professional grade digital cameras and a highly experienced assistant who is an accomplished wedding photographer in her own right.

This ensures instantly available back up during every moment of your Wedding Day.

When you choose us to photograph your wedding you don't need to worry about equipment failure.

Digital photography permits any image to be black & white, sepia, soft focus or any special effect.

Working from London Toronto and Muskoka enables us to provide Wedding Photography across most of Ontario without travel charges so if your Wedding is in any of these areas don't hesitate to contact us, we'll be there for you.

How to Book Your Date

EMail WeddingPix.ca@gmail.com or call to see if your date is available and discuss your plans. I check email several times daily or you can also reach me by phone at 1-888-875-0583. Since I am travelling and working almost constantly EMail is preferred or please allow up to 24 hours to return telephone messages.

To help give you the speediest response please include the date and location of your Wedding in your first message.

Important Note: Many corporate settings, and HotMail, have spam filters set to an extremely high level.

Walkerton Wedding

Nancy and Vince - Dromore

If you'd like to meet in person we'll be glad to do that as our travels take us to your area. Since most Weddings are on Saturday, weekday appointments are best. If that's not convenient, many couples find a scheduled telephone conference call helpful.

If we're not able to meet in person, or you're from outside the area, I can email you a brief (1 page) agreement to sign and return with your retainer. I'll hold your date for 10 days pending receipt. We'll be happy to meet with you at any future date that our schedules will permit.

Terms

A retainer of $750 will lock in your Wedding Photography at the current price no matter how far off your date may be. The balance plus applicable taxes is due 4 weeks before your Wedding.

Your online album will be available in about 14 days. We then courier your DVD DigiNegs directly to you as soon as they're ready, about 30 days after your Wedding.

There are no delays arranging extra appointments to see your pictures and you don't have to endure a high pressure sales meeting to get your photos.

A few conditions apply. Here they are -

Retainer is non-refundable, however, should you need to reschedule we'll give full credit for another available date. We leave a few dates open for just this purpose, however, please plan carefully.

Since we only photograph one Wedding per day, we only accept full coverage Weddings. Service by the hour is not available.

Since we will be working from the time we arrive until the moment we leave for packages where reception coverage is selected we ask that a meal be provided.

Short Notice Weddings

While cancellations are rare, about 5-10% of Weddings need to have the date changed. This results in several dates coming available on short notice every year. If you need a Wedding Photographer for your short notice Wedding please give me a call or EMail. I just might be able to help!

Winter Wedding? No Problem

Like most Canadians, we particularly enjoy summer, however, we provide Wedding Photography services year round. When weather requires that we work inside we bring portable studio equipment, including portable studio lighting, backdrops and props to enhance your indoor Wedding photos.

Or, if you're really brave like Jenn and Martyn, Tanya and Brian or Jenny and Dave we can still work outdoors :)

Brides no longer have to deal with photo orders. Your online album will be available about 10 days after your Wedding.
